After five intensive days of in-depth demand management schooling, we’re happy to report that the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne Demand Management Bootcamp was a resounding success. The students from the Master of Science in Global Hospitality were utterly impressive in both their intelligence and enthusiasm. For their stellar work and completion of the bootcamp, students were awarded with a certification in Demand Management.
From the first day of Asset Management, through topics of Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Demand Optimisation, and Communications & NLP, it was clear we had a winning combination of a crack team of experts and talented students. Our education team facilitated lively, ongoing discussions on the importance of guest reviews, customer recognition, and loyalty programs, and on the benefits and pitfalls of working with OTAs.
