The Hotel L'Elysée Val D'Europe (152 rooms - 3*) was bought in 2014 and the Holiday Inn Paris Marne la Vallée (192 rooms - 4*) in 2016. The Hotel L'Elysée Val D'Europe has been completely refurbished starting with the lobby, bar and restaurant areas in 2016 and the rooms in 2017. The Holiday Inn Paris Marne la Vallée has completed the renovation of the lobby, bar and restaurant in 2017, implementing the Open Lobby concept from IHG.
