Next week, SnapShot is thrilled to be joining Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne’s brand new Master of Science in Global Hospitality Business, in leading the first of three intensive hospitality bootcamps. Next week’s session will qualify students to receive a certification in Demand Management, as part of their masters studies.
The workshop will be lead by SnapShot COO, David Turnbull, Head of Product, Darja Gogunova, VP of Strategy, Brendan May, and SnapShot's new head of Consultancy & Education, Janel Clark, accompanied by citizenM's Commercial Director, Lennert De Jong, and Hotel Asset Manager and Development Consultant, Alex Slors.
Via an integrated five-day program and live case study, SnapShot’s education team and affiliated industry guest lecturers will challenge students to break down the often conflicting commercial silos of a hotel organisation and identify opportunities to increase long term asset value and short term profit optimisation via effective planning, generation and optimisation of demand.
Each day of the bootcamp will be dedicated to understanding a specific component of Demand Management:
